Replacement parts and support
Device type and serial number required
When ordering replacement parts, always specify the exact device type and the
serial number. You can find this information on the nameplate on the outside of the
housing.

Dismantling and disposal
Danger of death, electricity
Before opening the device housing, disconnect the power supply to the
device and make sure it cannot be switched back on.
Open the device.
Disconnect and remove all electrical cables.
Unscrew the terminal box.
The device is dismantled.
Proper disposal
Dispose of the device, packaging and replaced parts in accordance with the regulations
applicable in the country where the device was installed.
The device must not be disposed of with household waste.
