Product lifetime is indefinite as long as it passes pre-use and Competent Person inspections. User must inspect prior to each use. A Competent Person other than
the user must complete formal inspection at least annually.

IMPORTANT:
Competent Person inspections must be recorded in the inspection table included in this manual as well as the
inspection table labels on each product individually. The Competent Person must place their initials in the block which
corresponds with the month and year that the inspection is performed. All individual labels on equipment will be
initialed in the same manner.
