box should show approximately 50%. By turning the knob clockwise and counterclockwise, the % reading will
change as well in real time. Along with the % reading, the operator can see the current that is being demanded
from the conveyor coil in mA (Conveyor CMD). This value will also change as the operator changes the position of
the adjustment knob. The Conveyor Coil box shows the amount of current that the coil is getting. The Conveyor
CMD and Conveyor Coil values should be the same if all components are working correctly. The Conveyor On/Off
switch must be on in order for these values to change.
CONTROLLERS
On the right side of the diagnostics screen, the controller functions are shown. Rear Door Enable is a factory
setting that denotes if the mixer has a rear door and will enable the function. If the mixer has a rear door, this box
will read “YES”, if not, it will read “NO”.
Rear Door Open indicates if the rear door is open or closed. This aids in troubleshooting the rear door sensor if it
become misaligned or has an electric failure.
Conveyor POT Signal indicates the position of the Conveyor Speed Adjustment Knob at anytime, whether the
Conveyor On/Off switch is on or off.
All other lines indicate if the functions are being used or not at the time. As illustrated, there are no functions
currently being used, as all boxes read “OFF”. If, for example, the joystick is moved in the direction to open the
front door, the Front Door Up box will change from “OFF” to “ON” indicating that the command is being sent
through the joystick to the valve. If, in this example, the door does not open, the operator knows that the switch is
working. The operator would then proceed to investigate if there is a hose that is loose, an electrical connection at
the valve that is loose or broken, or the pump is not producing flow to the valve.
HYDROSTATIC CONTROLS
Figure 22 shows the Hydro IO Diagnostics screen. This screen is similar to the Auxiliary IOs screen. This screen
gives information for the hydrostatic pump controls and the High Speed Cleanout Mode shifting valve.
