14.Finished Footrest Assembly should look like the picture below. Next attach legs using
last 3 assemblies.
15.Attach Seat Back Assembly, Seat Bottom Assembly, and Footrest Assembly to leg (11)
as shown using nuts (35), washers (36), and screws (37).
