2.8 Residual risks
2.8.1 Installation and storage
 Always empty and clean the machine before removing it from
service or storing it.
 Always place the machine on a level floor before removing it
from service or storing it.
 Secure the machine against rolling away (apply the
parking brakes).
 Always place the machine on a floor with sufficient
load-carrying capacity before removing it from service.
See section “Technical Data” on page 27 for data on the
machine weight.
 On finishing work, always store or place the machine in a
well-ventilated area.
Ambient conditions
Storage (in the emptied and cleaned condition)
 Temperature: 0°C to +30°C

Atmospheric humidity: 30% to 95%, non-condensing
Operation (in the filled and operationally ready condition)
 Temperature: 5°C to +30°C


DANGER
Evolution of flammable gases
 On finishing work, always store or place the wet separator
in a well-ventilated area. Depending on the materials
vacuumed up, flammable gases such as hydrogen may
be evolved.
 Use a suitable sealing liquid that does not promote the
evolution of flammable gases / foam or other chemical
reactions.

Before using the wet separator, always check the
degasification valve for correct operation.
