Alarms can be cleared by hitting the Perform button. This command can be accessed from the Clear
All Alarms menu action on the admin/clear-all-alarms menu.

16.2.4.3. Calibrating Estimated Distance To Fault

Follow these steps to set the “Calib” parameter (the estimated distance to fault):

1.

Pick a particular port for which calibration is needed.

2.

Connect an Ethernet cable with a known length (e.g. 50m) to the port.
