LEDs and Reset Button/Diagnostic Ethernet 
Port

Use the eight LEDs to check the status of the access point and cable modem. 

Figure

 shows the LEDs on the T504, and 

Table 3

 describes the LEDs and the reset 

button/diagnostic Ethernet port.

• Blinks when searching for downstream (DS), then solid when DS

increased/ranged and then solid when upstream ranging is 
complete. Also blinks during CM boot when power is applied.
