Diagnostic
– MQTT Client
Select the MQTT Client in the dropdown menu on the Diagnostic page to view the breakdown of the
diagnostics and common strings that are display on the page. You may also view the individual MQTT
device counters by selecting the device in the All Devices drop down and clicking
View .
NOTE: This page will auto-refresh every five seconds.
Clear All Values: This will only affect the Variables values.
•
This will return all values displayed to zero. Example: If viewing QT02 192.168.0.101, this will
only clear the values for that specific device.
Device Status: This will only display when viewing All Servers.
Connected: All Devices configured/enabled are communicating
Not Connected: Fatal Error No Configuration
•
No Devices that have been configured are enabled
•
No Devices that have been configured and enabled have topics configured
Not Connected: Dependency Protocol is Faulted
•
The Dependency Protocol has Faulted
Error: Timeout
•
One or more enabled devices are missing
•
Verify MQTT broker for correct IP address.
