3.  Enter the new position of the marker using the keypad and 

units keys. 

Peak Search  

The Peak Search key is used to find trace peaks. The currently active marker is 

used in conjunction with the peak functions to mark the peaks that are found. 

Peaks can be sorted by frequency or amplitude in the peak table.    

Move Marker to Peak 

 

Description 

Move the active marker to the highest peak. The highest peak 

can be either found once or continuously. 

Operation 

1.  Press 

Marker

> 

Marker[F1]

 and select a marker number. 

2.  Press 

Peak

Search

>Peak Search[F1]

. The marker will move to 

the highest signal peak. 

3.  To continually search for the peak each sweep, press, 

Peak

Search

>More[F6]>Peak Track[F1] 

and set 

Peak Track

 to 

ON. 

Move Marker and Peak to Center 

 

Description 

The 

Peak to Center

 function moves the marker to the highest 

signal peak and moves the center frequency to that peak.
