Operation
6.1 - Quick start-up
This section describes a quick start-up procedure and a general description of what to do before starting a
large batch of samples to run through the system.
The Interrliner can only handle tubes with correct closed caps and correct labeling.
6.1.1 - Check list
Run this checklist before the sampling procedure.
1. Check the liquid levels.
2. Cover closed.
3. Starrsed in status "Online" in Laboratory system.
6.1.2 - Power up sequence
Switch ON procedure:
▪ Switch ON the Interrliner.
▪ Wait until "Windows" is ready for use.
▪ Start the Starrsed software.
6.1.3 - ESR Unit check
▪ Check if there are no error messages, maintenance warnings or reagent level warnings, perform action
if needed.
▪ Check the waste container (if used).
▪ Check if the ESR analyser unit is set to the correct mode, i.e. EDTA/Citrate, 30/60 minutes method.
▪ Check if Starrsed Software is in NORMAL mode and not in SERVICE mode.
6.1.4 - Priming the fluid system
Select
Maintenance -> Prime / Clean
and perform all prime sequences manually. Check fluid flow through the
applicable tubing. repeat a step if fluid flow is not correct.
