T spanner 12 mm

Hex. Socket Screw M8
Allen key 6 mm



Remove Front wheel as

described in

Front

Wheel section 6.1.



Remove front mud-

guard as detailed above

in Section 6.2.



Ensure front brake

caliper is dismantled

from the fork LH.



Ensure wheel speed

sensor is removed from

the fork end LH.



Remove Headlamp from

the headlamp housing

and disconnect all

electrical connections

inside headlamp housing.



Loosen and remove the

2 hex bolts holding head

lamp housing to the

holder RH & LH.



Loosen the 2 hex socket

screws inside the head

lamp holder RH & LH.

Ensure the head lamp

holders are free on the

front fork main tube.
