Joining audio clips
Follow this procedure to merge two or more audio clips into one in the
Mix Editor .
To join multiple audio clips:
1 In the Mix Editor , press Ctrl and click the audio clips that you
want to join.
2 On the Mix Editor toolbar, click the Join Clips button .
The audio clips appear connected on the same layer in the Mix
Editor .
Splitting audio clips
Follow this procedure to split one audio clip into two.
To split an audio clip:
1 In the Mix Editor , select the audio clip that you want to split into
two.
The audio clip appears in the
Clip Editor .
2 Use the playback controls to move the playback cursor to the
position at which you want to split the clip.
3 On the Clip Editor toolbar, click the Split Clip button .
Exporting mix selections
Easy VHS to DVD Plus lets you export a selection of your mix. To export
the full project or specific clips or tracks, see Completing projects on
page 37.
To export a mix selection:
1 In the Clip Editor , drag across the part of the mix that you want to
select.
2 Right-click the selection, and choose Export Selection .
The Saving Selection dialog box appears.
