When optimizing markings with permanent marker heavily, other colors of the image
may change slightly, too. You can check the result in the Viewer at any time.
Should some permanent markers not be visible at all (white), reduce the value for
background compensation if applicable. Usually, the brightness of permanent markers
cannot be distinguished from the actual background (white of paper).
6.
ICC profiles:
Select an ICC color space in which the file is to be saved. In general, sRGB is
appropriate. If you want to save a color scan in the device color space of the scanner,
select
None
.

Color table:
By means of color replacement tables, defined colors can be replaced by
certain selected colors. This function may be useful to ensure that a logo is shown in a
clearly defined shade.
