Checklists for start-up

Checklist before start-up

Is the ROTEX ESU properly installed in accordance with a permitted set-up and without any discernible damage?

Yes

Does the mains connection conform to the specifications?

Yes

Is the mains voltage 230 V, 50 Hz?

Yes

Is the storage tank filled with water to the overflow point; is the overflow pipe properly connected and sealed?

Yes

On restoration: Has the heat distribution network been cleaned? Is a dirt filter installed in the heating return flow?

Yes

Is a membrane expansion tank mounted according to specifications and in the requisite size?

Yes

Is the safety valve connected to a free outlet?

Yes

Is the system water pressure within the green range?

Yes

Are the heat generator and heating system vented?

Yes

10. Are all sensors connected and correctly positioned?

Yes

11. Are the mixer group and mixer circuit sensor (optional) properly connected to the circuit board?

Yes

12. Is the room thermostat (optional) properly connected and are the corresponding parameters set correctly in the control?

Yes

The system may only be started up if all questions can be answered with "Yes"!

Is the circulation pump running; is the heating system warming up?

Has the 3-way diverter valve connector been plugged on following start-up?
