HOW TO USE YOUR MICROWAVE
1.
Put the food to be warmed up in a suitable container or dish.
2.
Open the microwave door and put the food on top of the glass turntable in the middle. Next
close the door. (For safety reasons, the microwave only works when the door is securely
closed).
3.
Adjust the microwave setting to the level you require (refer to the Table).
4.
Use the timer to set the length of cooking time required.
▪
The cooking time depends on the quantity and consistency of the contents.
With a little practice, you will soon learn how to estimate the cooking time re-
quired.
▪
Please note: Food is prepared a lot quicker in the microwave that in a conven-
tional oven. If you are not sure about the cooking time, set it for a short period
of time and then check and repeat until it is ready.
▪
Once you have set the desired cooking time, the microwave switches on. The
light inside the oven turns on.
▪
If you want to set a time that runs for less than 3 minutes, turn the knob past
the 10 minute mark and then turn it back again. Now you can set the timer more
accurately.
5.
Once the desired cooking time has elapsed, the microwave switches off. Remove the food.
