Phenomenon:
the power light and alarm light flash at the same time, and the buzzer rings quickly.
Troubleshooting:
enter debugging mode. Separately adjust the height of both sides of the platform so that both sides of the platform at
the same height, and then enter normal online mode.
- Encoder error
Phenomenon:
alarm light on fault side is always on, power light flash and the buzzer rings slowl
y
Troubleshooting:
Check the encoder and its connection on the fault side. If the encoder is damaged, replace the sensor.
After troubleshooting, must do calibration Zero.
-Button stuck
(any one of up or lock button has been held on for longer than 45s or down button has been held on for longer than 75s.)
