2 Product description
2.1 Mechanical design
The machine consists of the following main components:
• Two lifting units, each of which are made up of:
– underframe
– scissor assembly
– running rails
• Control column with integrated hydraulic unit
2.2 Functional description
By pressing the «Lift» control on the control device, the electric motor of the hy-
draulic unit is switched on. The oil pump of the hydraulic unit pumps hydraulic oil
into the hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic cylinders extend and the scissor as-
sembly is pressed apart and lifts the running rails.
By pressing the «Lower» control on the control device, the electronically releas-
able check valve is opened and hydraulic oil flows back into the hydraulic tank.
The platform lowers.
