Squeeze & Tease Menu 1-2 — Position Menu
The status area on the left shows the menu name, the keyer’s location, as well
complete key fill and alpha information. In the central status area, two graphics are
provided to assist you in quickly visualizing the states of both the “source” and
“target”
Squeeze & Tease images:
• The small
Cropping
box shows the state of the source image (the key that you are
flying). As you crop
H
and
V
, the Cropping box dynamically shows the position of
the image’s four sides.
• The large
Raster
box shows the state of the full screen raster (or “target” area), and
the relative position of the source image within the target. As you move horizontally
and vertically (and as you zoom) the box dynamically shows an accurate
representation of the image’s size and position.
Both graphics combine to provide quick visual status of all
Squeeze & Tease
parameters. As you switch between keyers, the graphics update instantly — an
extremely useful feature when multiple
FLY KEY
images are on screen
simultaneously.
5. Press the
Position
softkey to adjust the key’s position on screen. Use the display’s top,
middle, and bottom knobs to adjust the key’s horizontal position, vertical position, and
size (zoom), respectively. You can also use the
Positioner
to adjust the key:
• Move the Positioner left and right to control the key’s horizontal position on screen.
• Move the Positioner up and down to control the key’s vertical position on screen.
• Twist the Positioner’s top knob clockwise and counter-clockwise to zoom the key’s
size in and out.

the switcher’s 3-axis positioner.

to display the Squeeze & Tease Aspect Menu .
Note You can reduce the key’s size, or you can zoom the key out to 800% of
its normal size.
