Replacing a Synergy Frame Power Supply
This section provides detailed instructions for replacing a failed power supply in the Synergy frame. A
power supply failure
may be indicated by the FRAME LED on the Synergy 1 control panel, or by the
four-character displays on the Synergy 100 control panel.

If the FRAME LED on the Synergy 1 control panel is lit, or the text “ FRME COMM LOST ”
appears in the four-character displays on the Synergy 100 control panel, it indicates that there is a fault
with the frame power supply or fan.
Replacing a Synergy Frame Power Supply
Use the following procedure to change a Synergy frame power supply:
1. As a first step in troubleshooting, with the power on, look at the power supply indicators
on the front of the Synergy frame.

Hazardous voltages are present inside the frame power supply housing.
This procedure should be performed by qualified service personnel
only. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not perform any servicing
unless you are qualified to do so.
