Beim Einbau von Axialventilatoren in Einströmdü-
sen sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass die Düse
den Axialflügel komplett bedeckt und die Flügel
zentrisch in der Einströmdüse montiert sind, ver-
gleiche Zeichnung. Andere Einbauarten, bspw.
Kurzdüsen, sollten immer von Rosenberg freige-
geben werden. Ansaug- und ausblasseitig sollte
auch auf eine möglichst freie und/oder homogene
Luftführung geachtet werden, anderenfalls kann
dies zu einer Fehlfunktion des Ventilators führen
(Vibration, Luftleistung…).“ When mounting an axial fan into the nozzle plate,
be sure that the inlet cone is covering the com-
plete side of the wing and that the wings where
mounted centric, refer to drawing. Other installa-
tions, e.g. shorter cones, should always be ap-
proved by Rosenberg. Care should be taken with
the inlet and the outlet, be sure that the airflow is
as free and homogeneously. Otherwise this could
lead to malfunctions of the fans (Vibration, Air
Flow…)

Beim Einbau ist zu prüfen, ob ein Berühren des
Flügelrades ausgeschlossen ist. Sollte dies nicht
der Fall sein, so muss ein normgerechter Berüh-
rungsschutz angebracht werden (Passende und
geprüfte Schutzgitter sind bei uns als Zubehör
erhältlich).

