3-2  Starting and Quitting

How to Start the Machine

Follow the procedure below to start the machine. When startup is complete, the machine is ready for use. 

Procedure 

Close the spindle cover. 

Switch on the power switch. 

WARNING: This procedure 

makes the machine operate. Before 

you perform this procedure, check 

to make sure that operation of the 

machine will not create any hazard 

or danger. 

Press the [ENTER] key on the ma-

chine. 

Alternatively, press the [ENTER] key 

on the handy panel. 

This procedure is "initialization."
