6.1.3 Installing the R&S NRP Toolkit on a Linux-Based System
The R&S NRP Toolkit for a certain Linux distribution comes as a series of Debian
(
*.deb
) or RPM (
*.rpm
) files. These files become installed through the standard
installation process of the individual Linux distribution. See the
ReadMe
file that accom-
panies the R&S NRP Toolkit for further instructions.

The R&S NRP Toolkit installer version for Mac OS X contains the following compo-
nents:

To install the R&S NRP Toolkit on a Mac OS X
1. In the Mac OS X Finder, double-click the provided .dmg disk image to mount it.
2. Double-click the
NrpToolkit.mpkg
installer to start the installation.
