NPUSCH format 2 are not configurable. They are identical to the NPUSCH format 2
values for RMCs, see

Number and position of subcarriers
The allowed number of subcarriers depends on the direction and on the subcarrier
spacing. The allowed positions for the first subcarrier depend on the number of subcar-
riers and on the subcarrier spacing. The following table lists the dependencies.

Transport block size (TBS)
Transport block size depends on the number of resource units (uplink) or subframes
(downlink), MCS index, and number of subcarriers.
The allowed number of resource units (uplink) or subframes (downlink) depends on the
MCS index and on the 3GPP release version. In 3GPP Rel. 14, the allowed parameter
range is extended compared to 3GPP Rel. 13.
The TBS dependencies are defined in 3GPP TS 36.213, sections 16.4.1 and 16.5.1.
The following tables list the TBS dependencies for both Rel.13 and Rel. 14.
Note, that the R&S
CMW settings for MCS, number of resource units (uplink) or sub-
frames (downlink) must match the 3GPP release capability of the UE.
