Chapter 5 Preventative Maintenance and Component Replacement

PS3 Power Supply

1. Loosen, but do not remove, the screws on the top of the PS3 Power

Supply.

2. Remove the wires.

Figure 57 - Remove PS3 Power Supply wires (PS1 and PS2 Power Supply not shown for clarity)

3. Remove three M3 tapping screws to remove the unit.

4. Install the new power supply in reverse order of removal.

Loosen screws and remove all wires
