Appendix C Device Parameters
Process Data Input
The 856T-B24LC module transmits the following Process Input Data to the
master each cycle.
The total size of data is 48 bits where Alarm status word is at the most
significant position of the Data process Input.
•
Class B Voltage bits [7:0] - The IO-Link module maintains 8-bit value that
represents the Class B power supply voltage. This value is Read-only via
the IO-Link protocol.
•
Class A Voltage bits [15:8] - The IO-Link module maintains 8-bit value
that represents the Class A power supply voltage. This value is Read-only
via the IO-Link protocol.
•
Internal temperature [23:16] - The internal temperature of the IO-Link
module is provided as part of the process data input.
•
Circuit Status [31:24]- The IO-Link module provides the control circuit
status of the unit as part of the process data input.
•
Alarm Status [47:32] - The 856T-B24LC module provides the alarm status
of the unit as part of the process input data.
