Overview

The following tips help solve problems that might be encountered while using the device:

•

Make sure you are using the device in the correct geographic region.

•

Ensure that the wireless network’s coverage extends to your current locations.

•

Power the device off and then on again.

When properly installed, the device is a highly reliable product. Most problems are caused by one of
these issues:

•

System resources required by the device are being used by other devices. (Rebooting your
computer often clears this up.)

•

Network coverage is not available (either because you are outside the coverage area of your
network operator or because of an account or network problem).
