Hardware overview
Probe and syringe
The probe is connected by tubing to:

The syringe to ensure the pipetting of the required amounts of fluid.
o
The external water container and cleaner bottle to ensure supply of fresh water
and cleaner.

Syringe assembly
The syringe assembly controls the aspiration and dispensing of fluids. It also controls
the supply of water and cleaner to clean the probes in the wash station after every
pipetting action, which prevents carry-over between tests.
