Before Calling For Service
Before calling for service, check the following list for problems probable causes and what you can
do.

Possible Causes
What To Do
Dishwasher won’t start
No power.
Check that the power cord is
plugged in to a live power outlet
and it is turned on.
No water supply.
Check that the hose is connected
to a water supply and it is turned
on.
There is water remaining in
the tub
Kinked or blocked drain hose.
Check the drain hose routing.
Clogged filters in the tub.
Check the filters. If they are
clogged, remove them carefully to
avoid dropping anything into the
sump that could cause a blockage.
The wash items are not
clean
Incorrect wash program chosen.
Select a more intensive program
Obstacle obstructing the spray
arm from turning.
Check the wash load for items
protruding through the bottom
of the basket, or if an item has
fallen through the basket.
Loading pattern too tight
Check for adequate spacing
between items.
Filters not correctly in place.
If either filter is found to be out of
place, also check spray arm for
blockages.
Blocked spray arm.
Check that the holes in the spray
arm are all clear. Back flush with
water to clear.
Insufficient detergent loaded.
Increase detergent quantity.
