At the gym:

Stop
Keep your arm in a 90 degrees angle and extend your arm completely. Proceed slowly
back to starting position and repeat.
At home:
Start
Stop
Hold up your arm with your elbow pointing forward. Stretch out your arm as straight as
possible while maintaining the same angle of the upper arm. Proceed slowly back to
starting position and repeat.
