Electrical Enclosure

The electrical enclosure requires the following preventative maintenance procedures;

3.10.1

Fan Intake and Exhaust Filters

Regular cleaning will be required to insure proper air flow in and out of the electrical
enclosure. The frequency will be determined by the machine usage and the cleanliness of
the environment in which it is installed.

To remove the air filters, pull up on the upper Rittal tab and pull out on the filter cover.
Remove the filter and clean with compressed air or replace if needed.

3.10.2

Electrical Power – Incoming Voltage

Have a qualified electrician check the incoming voltage, annually, to insure that the machine
is receiving between 380-405vac, 3~.

3.10.3

Air Pressure Cutout Switch

When air pressure drops below 4 bar pressure, the machine should shut off control power
and an alarm popup should appear on the operation screen. To insure the Air Pressure
Cutout Switch is functioning properly, refer to Section 6.0 – Air Pressure Cutout Switch.
