DANGER
When working with electrical or electronic
controls, make sure that the power source
has been locked out and tagged according to
approved local electrical codes.
Post safety warnings and barricade work area, at
dock level and at ground level, to prevent
unauthorized use of the dock position.
A Planned Maintenance Program (PMP), customized to
your specific operation is available and recommended.

Program Change Procedure
Reasons for program change:
• Restraint change
• Adding or removing green light interlock with either the
leveler or overhead door
• Adding or removing Control Power, Keyed Horn
Override, Coded Unlock, Inside Light Interconnect,
Coded Horn Override, or Emergency Stop
Micro Board
Reset Push Button
Programming LEDs
Micro SD Card Slot
1 Copy all program files provided onto a Micro SD card
(standard or high capacity)
DO NOT
alter file names
2 Open the control box cover and install Micro SD card
into the card slot on the micro control board
3 Press the reset button or cycle power to initiate
programming
Two amber LED’s (LD50/51) will illuminate while
programming is in process
When programming is complete the system will
automatically reset
4 Remove Micro SD card from the card slot
5 Close cover and test for desired operation
