Preparations
The power of the JOINT UNIT and the dedicated
equipment operates simultaneously with the printer
by inserting the power plugs on the back sides of
the JOINT UNIT and the dedicated equipment into
electrical sockets.

Make sure that all the power plugs
are inserted into the electrical
sockets.

Turn on the main power switches for
Printer 1 and Printer 2.
The [Main Power] lamp on the Operation Panel
lights up.

Press the [Power] keys for
Operation Panel 1 and Operation
Panel 2 at the same time.
The power turns on and [Power] key lights up.

Press and hold the [Power] key of
Operation Panel 1.
The lights on the [Power] keys of Printer 1 and
Printer 2 turn off.

Turn off the main power switch.
All the [Main Power] lamps turn off.
In the [Admin Menu] settings, you can change the
environment settings and default values related to
the Printer 1 and Printer 2.

• Do not turn off the main power except in case of
lightning or remaining unused for a long period.
Admin Menu Settings
• Be sure to register paper sizes on the Operation
Panel 1.
• [Power Saving Setting] cannot be used in the
system.
