Using RIP Data (Archived jobs)

Deleting Pages
[Delete]

Select the page to delete on the pre-
view screen of the archived job.

Click [Delete].

The selected page is deleted.

Selecting a preview color
[Preview color]

Select a color from the [Preview color]
pull-down menu on the preview screen
of the archived job.

Note:

• With a 2-color printer, you can select from Color 1

and Color 2.

Double-clicking the page opens an enlarged image of
the page in a different screen, and the selected color is
applied as the display color of the preview.

Note:

• The display color of the preview can be registered by
