Maintenance
To maintain the efficiency and reliability of
your
r
boiler high, we recommend you
to perform the scheduled periodic mainte-
nance yearly.
Please remember that DPR 26 August 1993 no.
412 obliges the person in charge of the boiler
to have regular maintenance carried out by
professionally qualified personnel.
The
r
Technical Assistance Centre can
fulfil this essential legislative obligation and
also provide you with important information
concerning the possibility of a scheduled
maintenance contract which, in our opinion,
ensures:
−
Greater safety;
−
Compliance with current laws;
−
The peace of mind that you will not
risk hefty sanctions in the event of
spot checks.

Cleaning
The only cleaning operations that we recom-
mend are those involving the external boiler
panels, which should be cleaned using just a
cloth dampened with soap and water.
In the case of stubborn marks, dip the cloth
in a mixture of 50% water and methylated
spirits, or use specific products.
0
Do not use fuels and/or sponges soaked
in abrasive solutions or powder deter-
gents.
0
It is forbidden to carry out any clean-
ing operations before disconnecting the
boiler from the mains electricity supply;
to do this, turn the main system switch
to “off”.
