# Refrigerated cabinet  

 

 Danger of electric shock 

 

Do not expose to spray water. Moisture could get into the electrical system and cause a short 
circuit.  

The refrigerated cabinet has an automatic defrost function. 

 

 

 

The covers over the heat exchanger separate 
the technical compartment and refrigerated 
cabinet areas. 

 

Remove the covers. 

 

 

 

 

 WARNING

 

The 

ribs 

of the evaporator (heat exchanger) 

may have 

sharp edges

.  

 

 

Take hold of both handles and swing the 
heat exchanger upwards, until it locks in the 
top position.  

 

 

 

 

Clean. Remove the residual moisture with a 
dry, absorbent cloth. 

 

Remove fluff.  

 

 

 

 

Swing the heat exchanger back into the 
normal position, holding both handles. 

 

Insert the cleaned covers.

Refrigerator 

The refrigerator of the buffet has an automatic defrost function.  

 

Keep the refrigerator of the rolling buffet clean as you would a normal refrigerator.
