» Low energy consumption is ensured by the use of a SWISS-PLY multilayer plate (aluminium core, up
to 10 times higher heat distribution in comparison to conventional stainless steel) in the base of the
well.
» Digital controller. Thanks to the integrated temperature sensor, the temperature precision can be
adjusted to +/- 1 °C.

Accessories
» Complemented by the Rieber °CHECK digitalisation and organisation system, a safe, transparent
and traceable process is enabled. Standard provision of a QR code and a serial number enables
unique assignment and identification of the appliance as well as process organisation. The QR code
also enables the storage of product-specific data such as operating instructions and recipes.
» The appliance can also be equipped with a °CHECK sensor for automatic temperature acquisition of
the medium, water or oil. All acquired data are sent to a web-based cloud, where they can be accessed
at any time. Please enquire.
