4. Convenient Usage

This chapter explains operating procedures for using this machine more usefully and procedures for
each setting.

Adjusting the UV Lamp Position

When printing using clear ink, adjust the UV lamp position as described below.

• When not using clear ink, be sure to set both the left and right UV lamps to the "0 mm" position.
• When using clear ink, do not perform reverse direction printing.

Open left UV lamp cover.

ECD223

Turn the UV lamp securing screw counterclockwise to loosen it.

ECD240

Slide the UV lamp to align the arrow with 20 mm (graduation "2").

If not using clear ink align the arrow with 0 mm (graduation "0").
