Selecting a Metering Method
Set the metering method in [AE Metering] of
the
A
2/
B
2 menu.
Multi-segment
Meters exposure in multiple areas of the frame.
When a face or eyes are detected with [Face/Eye Detection] enabled, the exposure
is adjusted for the face.
Center-weighted
Meters exposure with emphasis on the center.
Spot
Meters exposure within a narrow range.
Use this option when metering exposure in a part of an image or when the metering
target subject is small.
Highlight-weighted
Meters exposure in multiple areas of the frame with emphasis on the bright areas.

2 menu, the metering point and the AF point can
