PRIMARY FACTOR;

(a) The staple does not reach the tip of the Staple Cartridge.

NOTE:

The Finisher has a possibility that this phenomenon may occur 5
times per 1,000 staple operations.

(b) The staple remains at the tip of the Staple Cartridge.

NOTE:
