General safety instructions 

The device corresponds to the general state of the art and has 
been designed and manufactured in compliance with all 
applicable regulations and guidelines. 

To use the device safely, always observe the following safety 
instructions: 

Check the device regularly for externally visible damage and 
defects. Replace a damaged device immediately. 

Have installation and/or maintenance work carried out by 
authorized specialists only. 

Secure the work area before starting any cleaning, maintenance 
and repair work. 

Adhere to the prescribed deadlines for recurring 
tests/inspections. 

Replace worn or damaged party only with original spare parts. 

Use only suitable tools. 

Following repair work, reattach all protective devices and check 
them electrically and mechanically. 

Keep the operating manual accessible to the staff at all times.
