Product description
If the plain bearing bushes have to be removed from the plain bearing pedestal, we recommend using a
special puller. This prevents unnecessary damage to the shock- and impact-sensitive silicon carbide
components by using suitable materials.
The device is made of malleable rubber material with a plastic handle (polyethylene).
Application
Removing the plain bearing bush on the rotor side:
♦
Push the device with the rubber part first from the impeller side through the plain bearing pedestal.
♦
Place the two compression rubber parts (4) in the center of the bearing bush.
♦
Turn the handle (1) clockwise to tighten the compression rubber parts axially, causing them to expand
radially.
♦
This creates a frictional connection between the device and the plain bearing bush that is gentle on the
material.
♦
The bearing bush can now be removed by axial impact on the center of the handle.
Removing the plain bearing bush on the impeller side:
♦
Use the same procedure to apply the device from the rotor side.

MNKA assembly 4 Impeller wrench 9237-89-1290
Product description
Depending on the installed magnetic coupling torque, the loosening torque
can be up to 800 Nm. To ensure that the rotor unit can be dismantled
without any problems, we recommend using the universal impeller wrench
in conjunction with the universal pump rotor clamping device.
Universal pump rotor clamping device
Fix the clamping device conveniently on a workbench with M16 screws
using the 4 holes. Two M12 tapped holes are provided for transportation.
It comprises two non-magnetizable pipe halves, one half of which is
welded to the base plate. The other half can be moved by loosening the 4
M12 hexagon screws.
