7.8.6 Filling the bearing pedestal with oil
Oil quantities:
Assembly 4
ca. 3000 ml
For oil type, see
section 7.2.2
.
Procedure for filling oil:

Pull the plastic container out of the holder.
♦
Unscrew the plastic container and fill it with oil.
♦
Screw the plastic container shut and insert it
into the holder.
♦
If the oil level still drops too far, add oil to the oil
level controller again.
7.9 Tests
The pumps are tested with water at the manufacturer’s.
The measured operating data are documented in
a
factory certificate
.
If deviations from the factory certificate are found
during a test after repair, the following parties can
be called in:
1) In-plant pumping station
2) Richter manufacturer
or their local representative
The following delivery data can be checked using
the
pump curves
