Warning!
Always position the power switch
START/STOP (1) in "OFF".
Never use other types of battery chargers
.
The battery charger provided is designed and constructed for use with the
lithium polymer battery provided with your appliance. Inappropriate use may lead to electric shocks, overheating, or the
leakage of fluid from the battery.
Protect the battery charger from humidity!
Make sure that the voltage is correct
.
The power supply voltage must correspond to the voltage indicated on the
appliance’s rating plate.
Note:
- The batteries are supplied only partially charged.
In order to ensure complete battery capacity, charge it completely for 7 hours prior to using it for the first time.
- Before connecting the product to an electric power supply, make sure that the local mains voltage corresponds to the value
written on the battery charger’s rating plate.
Charging
1 – Plug the battery charger’s plug into a current socket.
2 – Insert the battery charger’s connecter into the power inlet in the grip (3).
3 – The signal light (2) lights up in blue colour to indicate that recharging has begun.
Recharging time prior to first use: 7 hours.
Normal recharging time: 4-7 hours.
Never recharge the battery for more than 7 hours.
4 – At the end of recharging, disconnect the battery charger from the current outlet and the product and keep it in a locked,
dry place out of reach of children.
To extend the battery’s working life:
- We recommend charging the battery at a room temperature of around 20ºC.
Avoid charging at temperatures of less than 10°C or higher than 40°C.
- Charge the battery every 2 or 3 months when the product is not being used.
Recharging and/or replacement:
- When the appliance fails to function when the trigger is pressed, this means that the battery’s charge is no longer sufficient
and that it must be recharged.
- When the battery’s operational autonomy begins getting shorter and shorter after each recharge, this means that it is
worn-out and must be replaced.
In this case, contact the product’s Manufacturer technical servicing assistance.
Notes:
- The machine’s handle heats up during recharging.
- Unplug the battery charger from the current socket whenever it will not be used for extended periods.
- The appliance cannot be used while it is being recharged, and this must not be considered a defect.
