Assembly Section 3-8

@ 2021 Alamo Group Inc.

DRIVELINE CLAMP YOKE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Depending on if the yoke on the driveline consists of (1) or

(2) bolts, start by removing the 5/8” bolt(s) from the driveline

clamp yoke and slide yoke onto the shaft and align holes

with annular groove of gearbox shaft. Reinstall bolt(s) and

tighten to 150 ft-lb torque. Push and pull the driveline to

ensure it is securely attached to the shaft. Regularly check

the driveline yoke to ensure a tight connection. To remove

the yoke, remove the bolt(s) and pull yoke off the shaft. A

two bolt yoke is shown in

Figure Asm-R-0472

. Mower is

now assembled and ready for pre-delivery checks.

WHEELS

Install the Wheels on the Wheel Hubs.

Note

: If Laminated Tires are used, place the flat side of the Lug Nut against the Wheel.

Note:

the direction of travel and curvature of rubber segments in tire and install as shown
