Vector length and kind of course direction
Shown vector length depends on selected time. Setting is made in Menu ‘VECT LENGTH’, right display
upside. Following settings can be made: OFF, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes.
Click the arrow buttons or click the centre button, which open the next four options. Click the needed time.
Course direction can be set to Relative or True mode.
Click [T/VECT] resp. [REL/VECT] right display upside, to get a
popup window. There change to other mode.

Set own ship vector and past track
The Own Ship vector and past track can be shown independent from indication
of target vectors. Different settings can be made.
Click [SYSTEM] downside right to open the regarding menu.
In menu headline, click [<] or [>], to scroll through OS menu pages, or click the
head line to open beside shown drop down menu and select menu <Ship Vector
Display>.

To suppress a Speed/Course Vector, mark ‘Off’.
To get a Speed/Course Vector, mark ‘Velocity Vector’.
Then you can select following alternatives:

a pure line (according to a set vector time length)
Beside shown two tick marks must be deleted

a line with one or two arrows on top*
Set a tick mark to ‘Own Ship Vector Arrowheads

a line with time marks
* Two arrow heads indicates Speed Over Ground (SOG)
One arrow head indicates Speed Through Water (STW)
Set a tick mark to ‘Vector Tick Marks’. Then select with [<] or [>] a time interval for setting tick marks, or
click into the value cell and select a time directly.
Following intervals can be set:
0.15-0, 30-0,45-1-2-3-6-9-12-15-30-45-60 minutes
If both tick marks are set, arrow heads and time marks are shown.
