Refer to Figure 3-6.
Install aluminum bunk (1) to the lift arms. Position bunks so that the (2) 13/32 holes are at stern
end of lift.

Insert clevis pin (26) through one side of the aluminum bunk. Insert nylon washer (9) between bunk and the lift arm.
Finish inserting clevis pin through the lift arm. Insert another nylon washer (9) between the bunk and other side of lift
arm before fully inserting clevis pin. Repeat for other end of bunk.

Install flat washer (19) and cotter pin (29) on each end of clevis pin (26). Secure clevis pin by spreading end of cotter pin
apart and bending around clevis pin. Repeat for other end of bunk.
4.
Repeat steps 1 thru 3 to assemble other bunk.
