WOOD GUIDE ON ASSEMBLY

(Refer to Figure 2-2) Position a Bow Stop Guide On (4), on top of the Upper Tube assembly so that the aluminum channel
(pre-assembled to wood) rests on top of both Upper Tube mounting plates (2).

Insert two spring nuts (F), into the channel as shown and turn to lock in place on channel ridge. Compress spring to slide
into position. Insert two 3/8” HHCS (5), through the mounting plate and into the spring nuts.
(DO NOT TIGHTEN AT
THIS TIME).
Repeat for the other end of the Guide On.

Repeat steps one and two for second Guide On. Then secure all fasteners for Guide Ons and Support assemblies.

BOW STOP TUBE ARM ASSEMBLY

(Refer to Figure 2-3) Position the right hand Bow Stop Tube Arm (A) mounting angles facing the inside of the lift and
against the bottom of the guide on aluminum channel.
