: Available OBD elements depend on vehicle’s brand, model
and year of manufacturing. More information on OBD PIDs:

5.13.3 Fuel Consumption Calculation
If data from OBD is not available (PID 94), DB3 Plug&Play can do calculations
with other OBD parameters: Speed, Throttle, MAF, MAP, RPM, Engine Load.
Calculation method can be configured:
Figure 34 Fuel consumption on configurator window
Auto
– DB3 Plug&Play independently decides how to calculate fuel
consumption depending on PIDs availability and configured fuel type.
From PID
– no calculations are established. Fuel value is taken from the vehicle.
Calculate from OBD data
– same as
Auto
, but does not use PID 94 if it is
available from OBD data.
Calculated by norm value
– not implemented yet.
Fuel Type
– vehicle fuel type: Gasoline; Diesel or LPG.
Engine Volume
– set vehicle fuel volume.
Correction
– this parameter gives ability to correct the calculated fuel value
and adopt it to specific vehicle. Correction is multiplication coefficient. Here are
some fuel calculation correction examples:
