Template Instructions

Place basket keyholes over screws and lower basket until resting
on screws.
4)
Install slides to brackets using (4) #6 x 1/2” screws into small holes
of bracket. Open slide slightly until large hole is in line with front hole
location (#4 hole) to install front screw. Open slide completely to install
the back screw.
5)
Loosely install (4) M4 x 5mm Phillips round washer head screws to
slides.
7)
Tighten (4) M4 x 5mm screws and push basket into cabinet.

Place template on desired cabinet wall and align bottom and side
(Note: fold or cut if needed). Tape in place. (Note: if placing on door
side make sure slides will not interfere with hinges.)
3)
Remove template and install (4) plastic brackets at marked holes
with supplied (8) #8 x 5/8” screws. (Note: small hole on top of bracket
points toward cabinet opening.)

Using a screw tip or awl, mark all (8) holes.

Install (2) plastic clips.
