You must use the RCU to edit the network settings for the Reader tab settings. They cannot be edited in
the CM.
Manual Transfer mode:
The RAMP® 200 is used without connection to a shared network.
IP Address:
By default, the IP address is auto assigned when the RAMP® 200 is connected to a network
and in Auto transfer mode. Alternatively, a static IP address can also be assigned (see
IP tab
on page
MAC Address
(Machine Address Control address): This static address is the network identity of the
RAMP® 200. Default: Manual Transfer Mode.
Displays the location where the RAMP® 200 files reside, defined when implementing connectivity
through the RCU. Consult your local IT administrator or the RCU help manual for information and help on
how to use these settings.
This tab displays the details of the serial number, software and hardware versions of the system. This
information is important during discussions with Response Biomedical Technical Support.
